Formation, a loyalty platform (acquired by BCG), sought to establish itself as a thought leader and build stronger connections with its target audience of marketers, technologists, and digital leaders. They needed a vehicle to engage with innovators and early adopters in the loyalty space.

To address this need, we launched Loyalty Confidential, a podcast designed to prioritize thought leadership and cultivate meaningful relationships with key industry players. The podcast featured in-depth conversations with marketers, technologists, and digital leaders, exploring the challenges and opportunities of building successful loyalty programs in today's increasingly digital world. This platform allowed Formation to engage directly with our target audience, share valuable insights, and position ourselves as a central hub for conversations about the future of loyalty.
